Where will the Conference be held?

How much does registration cost?

Early Bird Registration cost is $100 per person 18 Yrs. & Older.

Is there a Deadline for “Early Bird” Cost?

Yes, the $100 registration fee goes up to $125 for General Registration. Early Bird Deadline is Friday, May 6th, 2022 at 5:00 pm (pst)

How do I Register?

Visit victoryoutreach.org Use your United We can User Name and Password.

What if I do not have a United We Can Member #?

You can create a “User Name” and “Password” or you can use “Guest Check-Out”.

What is World Conference Refund Policy?

We apologize but there are “No Refunds” allowed.

When does the World Conference Start?

Tuesday, July 5, 2022, 7:00 p.m. (Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for Prayer)

Is there Morning Sessions?

Yes, Morning Sessions begin on Wednesday, July 6th through Friday, July 8th, at 9:00 a.m., ending approx. at 12 noon (doors open for Prayer at 8:00 a.m.).

What Time does the Conference End?

Friday, July 8, 2022, after the 7:00 p.m. session.

Can I Register or Pre-Check In at the World Conference?

Yes, visit Registration “Hall B” Lobby, beginning Saturday, July 2nd through Friday, July 8th at the Anaheim Convention Center. You will receive your Wristband(s) to allow you to enter all services.

  • Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday: 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday – Friday: 8:00- 10 a.m. and 5:00-8:00 p.m.

How do I Register my Children?

  • Register at victoryoutreach.org and select Child Registration, It include all children 17 years of age and younger for one low price. (Registrants 18 years or older will need to register at the Early Bird or General Ticket price)

Which ages are included in the Children’s Registration price?

Infants in Nursery to 17 years of age are included and must be registered to attend.

How much is the Register cost to register all my Children under the age of 18 yrs. old?

There is one Registration cost of $50.00 includes all minor children in your immediate family. This is $50.00 for all children under 18, not $50 per child.

Can I add children after I have already registered?

Yes, adding children to your existing registration is simple. Please follow these step:

General Information

What is the Schedule for World Conference?

  • Begins: Tuesday, July 5, 2022, 7:00 p.m. (Doors open at 6:00 p.m. for Prayer)
  • Ends: Friday, July 8, 2022, after the 7:00 p.m. session.
  • Morning Sessions begin on Wednesday, July 6th  through Friday, July 8th, 9:00 a.m. ending approx. at 12 noon (doors open for Prayer at 8:00 a.m.).

What does the Convention Center charge for parking?

$20.00 per vehicle for each entry (no in and out privileges and no validations). Subject to change.

Where are the Restrooms located?

Restrooms are located throughout the lobby areas of the facility.

Where is the Lost and Found?

Items will be turned in Ushers Tables located at the back of Hall A/Main Arena on a daily basis. Lost and Found items will be saved and secured by our Head Usher (an ID and Signature may be required to retrieve lost items). If not immediately claimed, someone from our Security/Safety team can assist you.

Where is the First Aid Room?

Hall A Lobby (to the Right of the Early Entrance doors) and also at 200 North Lobby (to the right outside of Next Gen and Spanish sessions Halls)

Where do I report an accident?

Dial 911.  If non-life threatening, please alert one of the Security/Safety Staff or Ushers Representative immediately, they will get help to the person in need.

What type of Public Transportation is available?

What Airport are located near by?

The nearest airport to Anaheim Convention Center is Santa Ana (SNA) Airport which is 9.1 miles away.

Other nearby airports include:

Long Beach (LGB) (13 miles)

Ontario/San Bernardino (ONT) (25.9 miles)

Los Angeles (LAX) (29.8 miles)

San Diego (SAN) (85.4 miles)

Is there Shuttle service from the airport?

We have secured discounted rate for shuttle service for conference attendees. Servic from LAX, Santa Ana and Long Beach airports to your hotel.

United We Can Covenant Partner Preferred Seating

Will there be Special Seating for Covenant Partners?

Yes. There are special seating areas.

How do I qualify for Preferred Seating?

To qualify for Covenant Partner Premium Seating, you must have given $360 or more to Unite We Can in the previous year (2021) or current year (2022) and register before tickets sellout. Visit our Premium Seating page for complete details.

How will I know where to sit as a Covenant Partner?

One of the benefits of being a United We Can Covenant Partner is that you will be mailed your “Covenant Partner” World Conference Wrist Band(s). There will be reserved seats designated for Covenant Partners.

Other than Preferred Seats, what other benefits do I receive as a Covenant Partner?

Special Early Entrance doors of Hall A, Tuesday – Friday; evenings from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Mornings at 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.

How long will Covenant Partner special seats be reserved for?

Covenant Partner seats are reserved daily, evenings ONLY from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., and Mornings ONLY from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

Which ages are included in the Children’s Registration price?

World Conference Event Wristband(s)

When will I receive my Wristbands?

Wristbands will be mailed starting on June 1, 2022 for all Covenant Partners only. You will receive an email with tracking details. All other orders/wristbands may be picked up at the Anaheim Convention Center registration area.

When will I receive my Children’s Wristbands?

Wristbands will be mailed starting June 1, 2022 to all confirmed orders. You will receive an email with tracking details.

Is there a Cost for mailing?

Yes, the cost to mail your children’s wristbands is $5.95.

Do I have to Log-In under my “user name”?

Yes.

What if I forgot my “User Name / Password” to Log-In?

Where can I Pick up my children’s wristband(s) if I did not purchase them in time for mailing?

  • Present your “QR Code” General Ticket at our Registration Area at the Anaheim Convention Center.

Where can I Pick up my Wristband(s) if I reside / live out of the U.S.A.?

  • If you purchased your Ticket(s) online but your residence is in another Country (not the U.S.A.), present your General Ticket at our Registration Area at the Anaheim Convention Center- “Hall B” Lobby to pick-up your Wristband(s).
  • Children’s Packets can also be picked up there.

Can I change my mailing address, if we moved?

Yes, you can change your mailing address. Please visit https://events.victoryoutreach.org/

Log in and click on “My Account” on the top left. Select “Order History” on the menu options. Click on the green “View Details”. To update address, click “Edit”.

Can I track my wristbands to check if they were mailed already?

To check on shipping progress, please visit: https://events.victoryoutreach.org/  Log in and click on “Order History” to view Shipping/tracking information.

Do I have to pay a separate mailing fee for each wristband?

No.  This fee is per Order for Children’s Wristbands only.  All other Wristbands will need to be picked up at World Conference at the registration desk in the Lobby near Hall B.

I received my child’s wristband, but I made a mistake. I need to add another child and correct the age of one of my children. How do I receive a wristband or replace one for the correct age?

Log in and add the additional child and pick up the correct age child’s wristband at the Registration Area or at the Next Gen Registration desk beginning Tue., July 5th.

I received my children’s wristbands, but I have not received mine. When will I receive mine?

If you are a Covenant Partner, and purchased your tickets prior to Fri., June 17th, you will receive them as a separate mailing

I thought the shipping was included when I paid my registration?

No, the registration cost is for the conference tickets(s) only, shipping cost is only for Children’s wristband mailing only.  UWC Covenant Partners are mailed if registered prior to June 17th. All other Wristbands must be picked up on the first day of World Conference at the Hall B Lobby.  

Can we have a representative pick up our church’s wristbands?

 Yes, they must bring all Tickets for the wristbands being picked-up.

Someone else registered me, how do I receive my wristband?

Wristbands will be mailed out to Covenant Partners to their Billing Address; you will need to request your wristband from the person who purchased your wristband for you.

Next Gen – Nursery and Next Gen Conference 

Will childcare be provided during the Conference?

Yes. Check-In times are: Mornings:8:00 A.M. and Evenings: 6:00 P.M.

For what age groups will childcare be provided?

  • Next Gen – Nursery – Infants to 4 yrs
  • Next Gen – Chapel – 5 yrs to 10 yrs
  • New Gen Conference – 11 yrs to 14 yrs

       Next Gen – Nursery will be Located on the second floor, Rooms 201-210

       Next Gen – Chapel will be located at ACC North- 200A

What are the Dates and Times for Nursery Care and Next Gen Conference?

  • Beginning Tuesday, July 5th thru Friday, July 8 (same schedule as General Sessions).
  • Evening Sessions: Tue. – Fri.: Check-In 6:00 p.m. Check-Out at 10:00 p.m.
  • Morning Sessions: Wed.- Fri.: Check-In at 8:00 a.m. Check-Out at 12:00 p.m. noon
  • IMPORTANT REMINDER: You MUST Drop-off and Pick-up your Child/Children per the above Schedule.

Third Wave Con at World Conference

Will there be G.A.N.G. Sessions?

Yes, for G.A.N.G. Young Adult and Students. Beginning Wednesday Morning through Friday Morning.

Where will the G.A.N.G. Sessions take place?

Sessions will be held at the Arena at the Anaheim Convention Center.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All of the G.A.N.G. will attend the Evening General Sessions in main arena (Hall A). (Schedule Subject to Change)

Will there be Jr. High/New Gen Sessions?

Yes, for ages 11- 14 yrs old. Tuesday night, through Friday Night. Our New Gen will attend the G.A.N.G. Sessions each morning.

Where will the New Gen Sessions take place?

New Gen Sessions will take place in ACC North-200B.

Spanish Sessions at World Conference

Will there be Spanish Sessions?

Yes. Wednesday and Friday Mornings Only.

IMPORTANT NOTE: All Spanish speaking individuals will attend every Evening Session with the General Conference – Hall A with Spanish Translation.

Where will Spanish sessions take place?

In the meeting rooms located at ACC North- 100A.

Will there be Spanish Translations?

Yes. In the Main/ Hall A- during every session both Mornings and Evenings.

Where do I pick up my Translation Radio/Headset?

We will not be providing any Radio/Headset, you will have to bring your own headphones that connect to your phone.

What is the suggested Dress Code?

Business Casual during the day sessions. Evening sessions “Sunday Best” (Dresses/Skirts and Shirt & Tie for men).
